I’ve always been fascinated by words and language. In my undergraduate education, I went to a research university and got to work in a Psycholinguistics lab for 2 years. Psycholinguistics can be defined as ‘the study of the influence of psychological factors on the development, use, and interpretation of language’.
I ran my own experiment in the lab and I researched interesting topics like the difference in meaning when someone says “um” versus “uh”.
In my own life and in my private practice, I use simple teachings and practices to shape my reality in order to stay healthy & balanced. This guide was created from these teachings, which came naturally through with my work with clients and what we all found to be the most effective approaches and explanations in a practical sense.
As a psychotherapist, I mostly work virtually because I live full-time in the jungle in Costa Rica. I help people unlock their personal power and freedom so they can live full, inspired lives. I dedicate my life to my true passions, living my dreams & serving God, fellows humans and animals.
