That’s why you’ll find DAILY mantras & mindfulness techniques to incorporate into your routine in the kitchen.
The best part is these mantras were created by a psychotherapist who specializes in training the brain to support our highest good – which includes learning to LOVE cooking, getting creative, feeling nourished & staying calm.
We eat numerous times a day so it makes sense to learn to ENJOY the process of food prep rather than dread it.
Putting time & effort into the process is an investment back into our physical, emotional & mental well being – use your time in the kitchen to elevate your mood, boost your health & save animals and the planet. That’s a win-win-win!
This is the magical state I want you to create while using this meal plan.
Here’s an example of the mantras you’ll find.
Begin incorporating mindfulness into your daily routine.
Hi! I’m a licensed marriage and family therapist (in the state of California), a hypnotherapist, a surfer & a full-time vegan (14 years vegan on February 15, 2014!). I love to play guitar & sing! I am completely powered by plants & I have discovered the joys of living a compassionate existence through following a vegan lifestyle. People think it’s hard to be vegan but I just think of how much the animals suffer at the hands of humans, realizing our struggles to eat vegan will never compare to living a life of confinement, brutality & violence.
As a psychotherapist, I work virtually because I live full-time in the jungle in Costa Rica. I help people unlock their personal power and freedom so they can live full, inspired lives. I dedicate my life full-time to my true passions, living my dreams & being of service.
I wasn’t always a passionate, ethical vegan. I was raised a meat-eater like most people. Now, I know a lot about animals, humans & the earth. I choose not to harm any of those 3 by choosing veganism. If you’re reading this, I hope you’re considering a vegan lifestyle or you’re transitioning to one now. Perhaps you need some guidance and that’s what this meal plan is for.
Starting out can be daunting as you learn the new ingredients vegans use, so I’m sharing some simple secrets to help you get started. Most of the ingredients used can be purchased at your local grocery store so it’s easy to experience how simple, satisfying & fulfilling living vegan can be.

P.S. The animals in the photos on the right were all encountered in the wild – top monkey photo circa 2012 at Cabo Blanco Reserve in Costa Rica. Llama was roming freely in Machu Picchu, Peru in 2017. Bottom monkey photo was at the Ubud Monkey Forest. A viral video came of this visit in 2016.
