A tide-pattern your body can return to — any night

Most sleep advice asks you to try harder: better habits, stricter schedules, more discipline. But the harder you try to sleep, the further sleep retreats. Hypnotherapy works the opposite way.

This session uses the natural rhythm of tides as a somatic anchor — teaching your nervous system a pattern of relaxation it can access again and again, even when you wake at 3am. You don't need willpower. You just need to let the tide carry you.

It works for first-time listeners and becomes more powerful with repetition, as the pattern embeds itself more deeply each time.

Breath-paced like the ocean, softening jaw, eyes, and belly. The feeling of settling into warm sand as the body learns it's safe to release.

A gentle 10→1 descent into "the cove" — cozy, quiet layers of rest where the mind finally stops its watch and trusts the water.

A middle-of-the-night anchor is planted: hand to belly, the phrase "back to the waves," five slow breaths. So when you wake, your body already knows the way back — no effort required.
